MARV Travel is a Prague-based incoming travel company. We plan and operate tailor-made programmes for partners who send their clients to the Czech Republic and the neighbouring countries: tour operators, travel agencies, corporate and incentive planners. Who we are

What data we collect and why

Contact form. When you send a request we receive your name, e-mail address, message and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and company or country. We use this information only to answer your request and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Booking a programme or trip. If you become our client or partner, we process the data needed to arrange and deliver the services (for example traveller lists and passport details for airlines or hotels). We will tell you exactly what is needed at that point. The legal basis is the performance of our contract and our legal obligations as a travel company.

Website use. The website uses cookies only with your consent, which you can give or change in the cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Strictly necessary cookies (session and your cookie preference) are always on.

Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyses browser signals to tell people from automated scripts. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to this service.

How long we keep it

  • Requests that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months after our last exchange, so we can follow up on your plans.
  • Client, partner and booking records: for the duration of the contract and afterwards as long as Czech accounting and tax law requires (generally 10 years).

Who else sees your data

We use trusted service providers to run the website and deliver our services. They process data only on our instructions:

  • Make.com (Celonis, s.r.o., Czech Republic) – delivers form submissions to our mailbox.
  • Google LLC – reCAPTCHA spam protection and, if you consent, Google Analytics. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • inPage (hosting of this website, Czech Republic).
  • Hotels, transport, guide and insurance partners – only the data needed to deliver the services you book with us.

We never sell your personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, e-mail info@marvtravel.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
